Bone Broth PSA

Let this be your reminder that bone broth makes a delicious, vitamin and protein packed drink perfect for sipping on a cold day. Or amazing soup stock.

Plus it’s so simple to make!

First roast one package pasture raised London Acres neck bones. Rinsing, patting dry and cooking at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Remove bones from oven and add to slow cooker. Cover with water (3 1/2 quarts) and add 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or juice of one lemon). Add any herbs/vegs you like (garlic, thyme…).

I boost mine using the easy button and adding a pack of bone broth herbs from @bearfootbotanicals!Cook on high for 2 hours. Turn down to low for another 6-8 or up to 24 hours. I do 24.

Strain and enjoy!

Broth will keep in the fridge 3-4 days. I freeze mine in ice cube trays for easy portioning later.

Bones are $8/approximately 2lb pack and available for order right from this very website!

Or simply shoot a message for on farm pickup or local delivery.

Stay warm folks!!
