USDA Cuts Back In Stock
We are thrilled to be (almost) fully stocked with USDA cuts again! Sorry, it’s taken me a bit to post.
There is truly nothing in the grocery store like our meat. Pigs raised with room to roam truly do taste the best. Supplemented with fermented no corn/no soy feed, this is the best of the best. But don’t take our word for it…
We got to visit the farm and their happy pigs and bought a few cuts of pork to take home and try. I am here to report:
We just had the best pork chops we have EVER HAD IN OUR LIFE! And we have had pork from gorge co-op last year and my husband was raised on homegrown pork and we used to get homegrown pork from someone when we lived in Bend, Oregon. We both thought back hard and we really don’t think we have ever had anything so delicious.
My mouth was watering for more while I was eating it. My toddler was GUZZLING the pork like it was water. THE FLAVOR IS INCREDIBLE!
I’ve also never been able to give her a pork chop from the store or co-op that was tender enough she could eat it or even wanted to eat it. This was so tender I did not have to worry about her choking at all.
The other problem I’ve had in the past was wanting her to get to eat the fat, but it being too tough. Not one bit of it was tough. She ate maybe half a pork chop by herself.
This was the best meal we’ve had in a long time. It made us cry for joy.😅🥲 No exaggeration at all. I can’t say enough. We could taste the labor of love! Thank you for doing what you do! - Kmom
